College Information. 20.1 The College is regulated by the Office for Students and is required to comply with the code of practice and academic quality standards maintained by the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (or any organisation that replaces it). 20.2 The College is a further education corporation established under the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 and is empowered by section 18 of that Act to provide further and higher education.
