The College Expansion clause outlines the terms and conditions under which a college may increase its physical footprint, student capacity, or program offerings. Typically, this clause specifies the procedures for obtaining necessary approvals, compliance with zoning or regulatory requirements, and the allocation of costs associated with expansion projects. COLLEGE EXPANSION. The College and the Union recognize the importance of expanding access to degree- completion programs in the College region and also recognize the importance of ensuring that the initiation of new degree-completion programs or proposed expansions of College facilities proceed smoothly. Therefore, should the College choose and be approved to offer degree-completion programs using college facilities or personnel, or should the pending proposed expansions of College facilities be approved, the College and the Union agree as follows:
