Collections on Accounts. The Administrative Agent hereby authorizes each Grantor to collect upon the Accounts, Instruments, Chattel Paper and Payment Intangibles consistent with its current business practice, and the Administrative Agent may curtail or terminate said authority at any time after the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default.
