Collections Following Event of Default. Upon the occurrence and during the continuance of any Event of Default or Servicer Default, (i) at the request of the Administrative Agent, the Borrower shall, or shall cause the Servicer to, instruct and cause all Obligors of Purchased Receivables to send all Scheduled Payments and other amounts due thereunder directly to the Administrative Agent or its designee, and cause all ACH debits from an Obligor’s bank account to be remitted to the bank account designated by the Administrative Agent or its designee; and (ii) the Borrower hereby authorizes the Administrative Agent to send directions to each Obligor to make such payments as directed by the Administrative Agent or to cause such remittances of ACH debits from an Obligor’s bank account to the bank account designated by the Administrative Agent.
