Collection Suit by Trustee. If an Event of Default specified in Section 6.01(1) or (2) occurs and is continuing, the Trustee may recover judgment in its own name and as trustee of an express trust against the Company for the whole amount then due and owing (together with interest on any unpaid interest to the extent lawful) and the amounts provided for in Section 7.07.

If an Event of Default specified described in Section 6.01(16.1(a) or (26.1(b) occurs and is continuing, the Trustee may recover judgment in its own name and as trustee of an express trust against the Company or any Guarantor for the whole amount then due and owing (together with interest on any unpaid interest respect to the extent lawful) Note and the amounts provided for in Section 7.077.7.

Collection Suit by Trustee. If an Event of Default specified in Section 6.01(1) or (2) above occurs and is continuing, the Trustee may recover judgment in its own name and as trustee of an express trust against the Company for the whole amount then due of principal and owing (together with interest on any unpaid interest to the extent lawful) and the amounts provided for in Section 7.07remaining unpaid.

Collection Suit by Trustee. If an Event of Default specified -------------------------- described in Section 6.01(15.1(1), (2) or (23) occurs and is continuing, the Trustee may recover judgment in its own name and as trustee of an express trust against the Company for the whole amount then due and owing (together with interest on any unpaid interest respect to the extent lawful) Defaulted Securities and the amounts provided for in Section 7.076.7; subject, however, to Article Sixteen.

If an Event of Default specified in Section 6.01(16.01(a) or (2b) occurs and is continuing, the Trustee may is authorized to recover judgment in its own name and as trustee of an express trust against the Company for the whole amount then due of principal of, premium, if any, and owing (together with interest remaining unpaid on the Notes and interest on any unpaid interest overdue principal and, to the extent lawful) and the amounts provided for in Section 7.07.,

If an Event of Default specified in Section 6.01(1clauses (1) or (2) of SECTION 6.1 occurs and is continuing, the Trustee may recover judgment in its own name and as trustee of an express trust against the Company for the whole amount then due and owing (together with interest on any unpaid interest to the extent lawful) and the amounts provided for in Section 7.07SECTION 7.7.

If an Event of Default specified in Section 6.01(17.01(i) or (2ii) occurs and is continuing, the Trustee may recover judgment in its own name and as trustee of an express trust against the Company for the whole amount then due and owing (together with interest on respect to the Securities, including any unpaid interest to the extent lawful) and the amounts provided for in Section 7.07accrued interest.

If an Event of Default specified in Section 6.01(16.01 (i) or (2ii) occurs and is continuing, the Trustee may recover judgment in its own name and as trustee of an express trust against the Company for the whole amount then due and owing (together with interest on respect to the Securities, including any unpaid interest to the extent lawful) and the amounts provided for in Section 7.07accrued interest.

Collection Suit by Trustee. If an Event of Default specified in Section 6.01(1SECTION 7.01(A) or (2B) occurs and is continuing, the Trustee may recover judgment in its own name and as trustee of an express trust against Holdings or any other obligor on the Company Notes for the whole amount then due and owing (together with interest on any unpaid interest overdue portion of the principal amount and (to the extent lawful) on any unpaid interest at the rate provided for in the Notes) and the amounts provided for in Section 7.07SECTION 8.07.

Collection Suit by Trustee. If an Event of Default specified in under Section 6.01(18.01(a), (b) or (2c) occurs has occurred and is continuing, the Trustee may recover judgment in its own name and as trustee of an express trust against the Company for the whole amount then due and owing (together with interest on any unpaid interest to the extent lawful) and the amounts provided for in remaining unpaid. Collection Suit by Trustee. If an Event of Default specified in Section 6.01(1501(1), (2) or (23) occurs and is continuing, the Trustee may recover judgment in its own name and as trustee of an express trust against the Company applicable Issuer or the Guarantor (in the case of Guaranteed Debt Securities) for the whole amount then due of principal (and owing (together with interest on any unpaid interest to the extent lawfulpremium, if any) and the amounts provided for in Section 7.07interest remaining unpaid.
