Common use of Collection of Security Data Clause in Contracts

Collection of Security Data. For the purpose of and in connection with the provision of the Services, Panorays shall collect (and you may provide to Panorays) certain public and/or non-public data (“Security Data”) directly or indirectly pertaining to: (a) your Evaluated Parties, if you are an Evaluator; and/or (b) you, if you are a Mitigator, Registered User or Anonymous User.
