Collection of Payments. Only the initial purchase payments for the Contracts shall be collected by Representatives of Broker. All such purchase payments shall be remitted promptly in full (and in no event later than the time permitted under Applicable Law) together with any related application, forms and any other required documentation to Principal Underwriter or the appropriate Affiliate. The Broker shall make such remittances in accordance with any and all policies and procedures described in the Contract, prospectus, if appropriate, or as otherwise adopted by Principal Underwriter and its Affiliates.
