Common use of Collection of Payments Clause in Contracts

Collection of Payments. Borrower authorizes Bank to collect all interest, fees, costs, and/or expenses due under this Agreement by charging Borrower's demand deposit account number 00-000-000 with Bank, or any other demand deposit account maintained by Borrower with Bank, for the full amount thereof. Should there be insufficient funds in any such demand deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.

Collection of Payments. Borrower authorizes Bank to collect all interest, fees, costs, and/or expenses due under this Agreement by charging Borrower's demand deposit account number 00-000-000 00000000 with Bank, or any other demand deposit account maintained by Borrower with Bank, for the full amount thereof. Should there be insufficient funds in any such demand deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.

Collection of Payments. Borrower authorizes Bank to collect all interest, fees, costs, and/or expenses interest and fees due under this Agreement hereunder by charging BorrowerXxxxxxxx's demand deposit account number 004124-000-000 053885 with Bank, or any other demand deposit account maintained by any Borrower with Bank, for the full amount thereof. Should there be insufficient funds in any such demand deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.

Should there be insufficient funds in any such demand deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.

Borrower authorizes Bank to collect all interest, fees, costs, and/or expenses due under this Agreement by charging Borrower's demand deposit account number 0038-000-000 with xxxh Bank, or any other demand deposit account maintained by Borrower with Bank, for the full amount thereof. Should there be insufficient funds in any such demand deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.

Borrower authorizes Bank to collect all interest, fees, costs, and/or expenses due under this Agreement by charging Borrower's demand deposit account number 00-000-000 97005214 with Bank, or any other demand deposit xxxxxx xeposit account maintained by Borrower with Bank, for the full amount thereof. Should there be insufficient funds in any such demand deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.

Should there be insufficient funds in any such demand deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.

Collection of Payments. Borrower authorizes Bank to collect all interest, fees, costs, and/or expenses interest and fees due under this Agreement hereunder by charging BorrowerXxxxxxxx's demand deposit account number 004496-000-000 813031 with Bank, or any other demand deposit account maintained by any Borrower with Bank, for the full amount thereof. Should there be insufficient funds in any such demand deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.

Borrower authorizes Bank to collect all interest, fees, costs, and/or expenses interest and fees due under this Agreement each credit subject hereto by charging Borrower's demand deposit account number 004648-000-000 052785 with Bank, or any other demand deposit account maintained by Borrower with Bank, for the full amount thereof. Should there be insufficient funds in any such demand deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.

Borrower authorizes Bank to collect all interest, fees, costs, and/or expenses interest and fees due under this Agreement each Credit by charging Borrower's demand deposit account number 004629-000-000 103789 with Bank, or any other demand deposit account maintained by Borrower with Bank, for the full amount thereof. Should there be insufficient funds in any such demand deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.

Should there be insufficient funds in any such demand deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.

Collection of Payments. Borrower authorizes Bank to collect all principal, interest, fees, costs, and/or expenses fees and other amounts due under or in connection with this Agreement Agreement, the Revolving Line of Credit Note, the Term Note and the other Loan Documents (as defined below) by charging Borrower's demand ’s deposit account number 00-000-000 0000000 with Bank, or any other demand deposit account maintained by Borrower with Bank, for the full amount thereof. Should there be insufficient funds in any such demand deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.

Collection of Payments. Borrower authorizes Bank to collect all interestprincipal, fees, costs, and/or expenses interest and fees due under as of the date of this Agreement or otherwise under the Line of Credit by charging Borrower's demand deposit account number 004159-000-000 539352 with Bank, or any other demand deposit account maintained by Borrower with Bank, for the full amount thereof. Should there be insufficient funds in any such demand deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.

Collection of Payments. Borrower authorizes Bank to collect all interest, fees, costs, and/or expenses interest due under this Agreement hereunder by charging Borrower's demand deposit account number 00-000-000 4311265953 with Bank, or any other demand deposit account maintained by any Borrower with Bank, for the full amount thereof. Should there be insufficient funds in any such demand deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.

Collection of Payments. Borrower authorizes Bank to collect all interest, fees, costs, costs and/or expenses due under this Agreement by charging Borrower's demand deposit account number 0038-000-000 with xxxh Bank, or any other demand deposit account maintained by Borrower with Bank, for the full amount thereof. Should there be insufficient funds in any such demand deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.

Collection of Payments. Should there be insufficient funds in any such demand deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.

Collection of Payments. Borrower authorizes Bank to collect all interest, fees, costs, and/or expenses due under this Agreement by charging Borrower's demand deposit account number 0010-000-000 087228 with Bank, or any other demand deposit account maintained by Borrower with Bank, for the full amount thereof. Should there be insufficient funds in any such demand deposit account to pay all such sums when due, the full amount of such deficiency shall be immediately due and payable by Borrower.
