Collection of Certain Underlying Security Payments. With respect to any Series or Class of Certificates, the Trustee (or the Administrative Agent if specified in the related Series Supplement) shall make reasonable efforts to collect all payments required to be made pursuant to the terms of the Underlying Securities or any related Credit Support Instruments in a manner consistent with the terms of this Agreement, the related Series Supplement, such Underlying Securities and any related Credit Support Instruments.
