Collection Cooperation. Buyer shall keep Seller's credit personnel reasonably informed with respect to Buyer's efforts to collect the Closing Date Receivables during the Collection Period. Seller shall make available their credit personnel to work with Buyer during the Collection Period to assist in resolving any disputes or questions concerning the Closing Date Receivables.
