Collection and Processing Plan. Within ninety (90) calendar days of notification from the City 24 Representative that CITY has made this election, CONTRACTOR shall submit a 25 collection, processing and marketing plan to the City Representative. The plan 26 shall include at least the processing requirements set out in Article 9 (“Recyclable 27 Material and Compostable Waste Processing”).
