Common use of Collectability Clause in Contracts

Collectability. All Accounts Receivable (other than the [***] Receivable) are collectible in full, less an amount not in excess of the provisions for doubtful accounts provided for in the Accounts, in the case of Accounts Receivable reflected in the Accounts, and less provisions for doubtful accounts determined in accordance with the past practices of the Company, in the case of Accounts Receivable arising after 31 October 2008.
