Collect Debts Sample Clauses

Collect Debts use its best endeavours to collect all outstanding moneys owing by debtors of the Company, and if necessary the Manager shall, if required by the Board, commence litigation in the name of the Company which may reasonably be considered necessary for the Company to collect any outstanding debts, subject to any directions which may from time to time be given to the Manager by the Board;
