Collateral Value Information. Promptly upon the request of the Administrative Agent, the value of all Collateral at each location at which the Company or any Loan Party is a lessee or bailee, provided, however, the foregoing request may only include Sears locations and Wal-Mart locations upon the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default, and provided further, however, if no Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, such request shall be no more than once during each twelve month period.
