Common use of Collateral Location Clause in Contracts

Collateral Location. Except for items of Collateral that constitute mobile goods and that are in fact in use by Debtor in the ordinary course of its business at other locations, all the Collateral comprising goods heretofore delivered to the Debtor by the seller thereof is located either at (i) Debtor's address set forth above or (ii) the "Equipment Location" set forth above. If at any time the Collateral, or any part thereof, is removed to a new location, Debtor shall notify the Secured Party in the manner outlined in the section below entitled "Location of Collateral".
