Collateral Location. All of the tangible Collateral is located at a Location of Tangible Collateral. Each of the foregoing representations and warranties are continuing and shall be deemed remade by Customer on the Closing Date, on each Subsequent Funding Date and concurrently with each request for a WCMA Loan.
