Common use of Collateral Loan Clause in Contracts

Collateral Loan. At any time as determined by the Agent, a Collateral Loan which at the time of determination has a Debt Service Coverage Ratio greater than 1.50 to 1 and an LTV of less than 75%.

Collateral Loan. At any time as determined by the Agent, a Collateral Loan which at the time of determination has a Debt Service Coverage Ratio greater than 1.50 to 1 and an LTV of less 75% or greater but not greater than 7585%.
