Collateral for Government Deposits. Buyer shall assume Seller’s responsibilities under any agreement regarding the pledge of collateral with respect to any Deposit of a customer that is a governmental entity or school district or make other arrangements acceptable to such customer prior to the Closing Date. All such deposits are specified in Schedule 7.5 hereto. Any collateral required to secure the Deposits of any such customer shall be pledged by Buyer no later than the Closing Date.
