Collateral Fee. The Borrowers shall pay to the Administrative Agent, for the sole benefit of the Administrative Agent, a fee of $3,500 for each Apartment Community submitted to the Administrative Agent for inclusion as a Mortgaged Property throughout the term of the Loans.
