Common use of Collateral Debt Security Clause in Contracts

Collateral Debt Security. In the event of an involuntary exchange or conversion of a Collateral Debt Security, if the resulting asset or instrument would not qualify as a Substitute Collateral Debt Security, the Issuer (or the Collateral Manager on behalf of the Issuer) shall use commercially reasonable efforts to sell such Collateral Debt Security prior to conversion or exchange and, in any event, shall refuse to accept, and shall not acquire or hold, the asset or instrument offered in exchange.
