Common use of Collateral Agreements Clause in Contracts

Collateral Agreements. The term "Collateral Agreements" shall mean any or all of the following agreements, the forms of which are attached hereto as exhibits to this Agreement: Exhibit B - Escrow Agreement Exhibit C - Lock-Up Agreement Exhibit G - Employment Agreement for Joel ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇d any and all other agreements, instruments or documents required or expressly provided under this Agreement to be executed and delivered in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
