Collateral Agent under Security Instruments. The Collateral Agent hereunder hereby agrees to serve as Collateral Agent under the Security Instruments. Any resignation or removal of the Collateral Agent hereunder and the appointment of a substitute Collateral Agent shall also be effective as a resignation, removal or substitution of the Collateral Agent under the Security Instruments.
