Common use of Collateral Access Clause in Contracts

Collateral Access. Agreements with respect to any of the premises of Borrower acquired, leased or subleased pursuant to the Ridge Top Purchase Agreements, from Citation, ▇▇▇▇ and Big ▇▇▇▇▇, in each case, duly executed and delivered by Citation, ▇▇▇▇ and Big ▇▇▇▇▇ as the owner and lessor of such premises;

Collateral Access.
