Common use of Collaborent Control Clause in Contracts

Collaborent Control. As between the Parties, Collaborent will have sole and exclusive control over the manner in which Collaborent and its employees, subcontractors, and suppliers deliver the Collaborent Services. Collaborent will engage, employ, or subcontract with such individuals or other entities as it may deem necessary in connection therewith, provided, however, that Collaborent executes its roles and responsibilities in accordance with Appendix F throughout the Term of this Agreement. Such individuals will not be considered employees or subcontractors of CCOG, Atrium, or any Participant, and will be subject to employment or engagement, and discharge, discipline, and control solely and exclusively by Collaborent.
