These needed services shall be provided by Community Based Organizations, Faith Based Organizations, and Governmental Agencies located throughout Los Angeles and Orange Counties. The RVSC will rely on the active collaboration of these public and non-profit organizations to augment the training and educational components that will provide the foundation for re-entry into the workforce.
