Collaborative Partner Services. Contractor shall facilitate working relationships and manage collaborative partnerships with other agencies that will enhance the delivery of services to Veterans. Partner agencies provide various services to customers including, but not limited to, access to housing, transportation, child care, and community resources such as food, emergency funds, utilities and clothing. These needed services shall be provided by Community Based Organizations, Faith Based Organizations, and Governmental Agencies located throughout Los Angeles and Orange Counties. The RVSC will rely on the active collaboration of these public and non-profit organizations to augment the training and educational components that will provide the foundation for re-entry into the workforce.
