Collaboration Objectives. The Company and CDF International regard each other as key cooperative partners and will fully leverage their respective strengths to achieve mutual development and maximize benefits through the collaboration under the Strategic Cooperation Agreement. Both parties will establish a cooperation mechanism to integrate resources and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ mutual success. Both parties will endeavor to deploy the most competitive resources into the collaboration, jointly committing to expanding the Company’s overseas markets, with a focus on countries along the “Belt and Road” and Southeast Asia regions.

Collaboration Objectives. The following Collaboration Objectives are applicable to ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ and are set out for clarity:- 4.1 To facilitate the successful delivery of the EirGrid Project and the Successful Applicant’s Project and ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ in accordance with the respective programmes of the Parties. 4.2 To facilitate a successful technical interface between EirGrid’s Project and the Successful Applicant’s Project. 4.3 To assist budget adherence and discipline for both the EirGrid Project and the Successful Applicant’s Project. 4.4 To provide an early warning mechanism to prevent minor issues escalating or compounding so that they adversely impact the delivery of the EirGrid Project, the Successful Applicant’s Project or ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇. 4.5 To facilitate an effective health and safety environment for all parties. 4.6 To create a professional and mutually beneficial forum to assist in the successful delivery of ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇. 4.7 To facilitate successful operation and maintenance planning and implementation for ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇. 4.8 To successfully contribute to Ireland’s overall energy transition goal and to be a pathfinder for follow-on projects.

Collaboration Objectives. 3.1 The Parties shall collaborate with a view to achieving the objectives set out in schedule 1 (Objectives) for the duration of the 2021 WM National Rail Contract.
