Collaboration Manager. Each Party shall appoint one individual who shall serve as such Party’s primary contact with respect to this Agreement and any issues that may arise hereunder (a “Collaboration Manager”). Each Party shall at all times keep the other Party informed of the identity of the Collaboration Manager.
