Coffee/tea breaks. 1. In addition to the statutory break in accordance with the ATW, the employer gives the employee the opportunity for coffee/tea breaks once per morning, afternoon, evening. and/or night. 2. Coffee/tea breaks lasting less than fifteen minutes are regarded as working time. 3. If coffee/tea breaks last fifteen minutes or longer and are regarded as personal time, uninterrupted rest must be guaranteed during these breaks.
