COFACE Decisions. If COFACE notifies the COFACE Agent of its decision on any matter (including any decision relating to the approval of any requested waivers or amendments by the Borrower in respect of this Agreement or any other Finance Document), such decision shall prevail over any contrary decision made by any Finance Party, provided that such decision made by COFACE does not, or is not reasonably likely to, result in an increase in the amount of or an extension of the availability of any Commitment or obligation of a Finance Party hereunder.
