The Coding Phase clause defines the period during which the actual software development or programming work is performed in a project. Coding Phase. During this phase, and based upon Your approval of the Design Phase, We will develop menu functionality and the individual pages of the website. Once the Coding Phase has begun, any requests for significant design changes will be subject to a Significant Design Modification fee. Significant Design Modifications include, but are not limited to: recreation or modifications to any logo that You provided; changes to the website’s color scheme; navigation edits; or redesigns of custom graphics. In the event that You wish for Us to make a Significant Design Modification, we will provide you a written estimate before undertaking any such modification.
