Coding Phase Sample Clauses
The Coding Phase clause defines the period during which the actual software development or programming work is performed in a project. It typically outlines the start and end dates for this phase, specifies deliverables such as completed code modules or features, and may set forth requirements for code reviews, testing, or documentation. By clearly delineating the responsibilities and expectations during the coding phase, this clause helps ensure that both parties understand the timeline and quality standards, reducing the risk of misunderstandings or project delays.
