Common use of Codesharing Approval Clause in Contracts

Codesharing Approval. Within 45 days after the commencement date of this Agreement (the "Implementation Date"), Continental and COPA shall apply to the DOT pursuant to Section 212 of the DOT's regulations for authorization to implement the "Shared Code Segments" (the application for "Statements of Authorization"), as defined below. Continental and COPA shall use their commercially reasonable efforts to obtain and maintain such authorization.
