Common use of Code Requirements Clause in Contracts

Code Requirements. Tenant shall bear all costs and expenses of constructing Tenant's Work in compliance with code and shall be responsible, at its expense, for obtaining, and, if requested by Landlord, furnishing copies to Landlord of, all governmental permits, certificates, and approvals necessary for the commencement and prosecution of Tenant's Work and for final approval thereof upon completion.
