Code of Reporting. Subject to Applicable Laws, the Partnership and the Province agree and acknowledge that the provisions of this Article 6 satisfy and are exhaustive of all requirements and rights of the Province in respect of the requirements for reporting and the provision of information regarding the investment, distribution and expenditure of monies received by the Partnership and Limited Partners pursuant to this Agreement and the Partnership Agreement.‌‌‌
