Code Management. The Contractor shall describe their approach for code management in the CMP, to include the processes for code migration, deployment of software code, and configuration control, including object versioning, for developing, managing, and deploying GCSS-MC/LCM Increment 1 software code. The Contractor shall maintain the integrity of the software development and CM controlled environments, ensure consistent implementation of CAB and CCB decisions, and enable efficient processing of hardware changes, code fixes, data fixes, configuration fixes, design changes, test scripts, and test configurations. The Contractor shall coordinate migration and delivery of Software Builds to the GOC for promotion to the PSS and PROD environments upon authorization. As new builds and releases are developed, the Contractor shall provide installation and release notes, in conjunction with the code builds, and post the builds to the Government’s designated data repository. The Contractor shall migrate the quarterly build code to the designated Government Code Repository using the established file structure. Based on Government direction, the Contractor shall freeze the production baseline and create a patch set with the associated documents for the Product Baseline (CM.070).
Code Management. AWI shall, as of the Effective Date, have the right to develop its own version of software derivative of the Applicable ICE Code. AWI agrees that as of the Effective Date and prior to a Separation Election, any Derivative Works created by AWI will be managed, supported, and maintained solely by AWI or its agents exclusive of DIRTT. Further, prior to a Separation Election, AWI shall not introduce any Derivative Works into the version of Applicable ICE Code being managed, supported, and maintained by DIRTT.
