Code Expiration. Each County Code and its corresponding ride credits will expire under the following conditions: (i) upon expiration of this Agreement or termination of this Agreement, pursuant to the provisions herein, by either party; or (ii) as outlined in Exhibit 1. Additionally, the County may at any time and without providing a reason request in writing to the Lyft Contact that Lyft cancel an unexpired County Code, and Lyft shall cancel said County Code within three (3) business days.

  • Contract Expiration The contract shall expire 120 days after the final services have been rendered.
