Code Definitions. Unless otherwise defined herein or the context otherwise requires, terms for which meanings are provided in the Code are used in this Agreement, including its preamble and recitals, with such meanings.

Code Definitions. Any terms used in this Contract that are capitalised and defined in the Code, but are not defined in this Contract, have the meanings given to them in the Code.
