CODE CHANGES. References in this Agreement to any provision of the Code, Town of Xxxxxx Construction Specifications or to any Town or other governmental standards are intended to refer to any subsequent amendments and/or revisions to such Code, Town of Xxxxxx Construction Specifications or standards. Such amendments or revisions shall be binding upon Developer.
