Common use of Code Ch Clause in Contracts

Code Ch. If the instruments of service produced by DB are subject to copyright protection, DB hereby grants to TFC a royalty-free, nonexclusive, and irrevocable license to reproduce, publish, and use such and to authorize others to do so. TFC shall be further authorized to make subsequent use of any instruments of service for any and all future renovations, modifications, alterations, maintenance, repairs, and the like, of the Project. DB shall include appropriate provisions to achieve these purposes in all Subcontracts entered into that produce information subject to copyright protection.
