Code Amendments. This Agreement will be deemed to be amended automatically if, when and to the extent that any rights or obligations, or sections or terms of the Code (excluding those provisions specified in Schedule Five or Schedule Six of the Code) are changed, amended or supplemented in accordance with the Code (including pursuant to section 17 of the Code). At the request of a party, the other party shall enter into an agreement which records the relevant changes, amendments or additions to this Agreement accordingly (and each party shall take such actions and execute such documents as is required to do so) promptly after the date of any such request.
