Coaching Experience. Experience as a coach within a sport in the Southeast Local School District will count as experience if moved to a different coaching position within a sport. 1. The number of years transferable from the assistant coach column to the head coach column shall be only the number of years necessary to ensure no decrease in salary or salary less than any of their assistants. 2. When a new coach is hired, any credit for years of experience outside of the Southeast Local Schools may be granted at the discretion of the Board.
