Common use of Co-Agents, Documentation Agent, Syndication Agent, etc Clause in Contracts

Co-Agents, Documentation Agent, Syndication Agent, etc. No Lender identified in this Agreement as a "co-agent," "Documentation Agent," "Syndication Agent" or similar title shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of such Lenders shall have or be deemed to have a fiduciary relationship with any Lender. Each Lender hereby makes the same acknowledgments with respect to such Lenders as it makes with respect to the Agent in Section 10.11.

Co-Agents, Documentation Agent, Syndication Agent, etc. No Neither any Lender identified in this Agreement or otherwise as a "“co-agent," "”, “managing agent” or “syndication agent” nor the Documentation Agent," "Syndication Agent" or similar title Agent shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of neither any such Lenders Lender nor the Documentation Agent shall have or be deemed to have a fiduciary relationship with any Lender. Each Lender hereby makes the same acknowledgments with respect to such Lenders and the Documentation Agent as it makes with respect to the Agent in Section 10.11.
