Common use of Co-Advisors Clause in Contracts

Co-Advisors. It is understood that no Indemnified Person, as defined herein in Annex A, shall have any responsibility or liability to the Company or its affiliates or any other party in connection with the advice, opinions or actions of any other advisors engaged by the Company, and further, no Indemnified Person or any such other advisor shall have any responsibility or liability to each other in connection with the advice or opinions rendered by such party in connection with the Engagement.
