Cnets Obligations. 2.1 TV Promotions. CNET will provide the Company one 15 second "spot" for Promotions on its syndicated weekly TV program, ▇▇.▇▇▇. Promotions will run on each weekly episode of ▇▇.▇▇▇ during the Term; provided that ▇▇.▇▇▇ remains on the air throughout such period. Should ▇▇.▇▇▇ not be run on the air during a portion of the Term, CNET will run two ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ banner advertising programs per month during such portion of the Term in lieu of the foregoing ▇▇.▇▇▇ Promotions.
