CNDA Sample Clauses
A CNDA, or Confidential Non-Disclosure Agreement, is a legal contract designed to protect sensitive information shared between parties by restricting its disclosure to unauthorized individuals or entities. Typically, it outlines what information is considered confidential, the obligations of the receiving party to maintain secrecy, and the duration of the confidentiality obligation. By clearly defining these terms, a CNDA helps prevent the misuse or unauthorized sharing of proprietary or sensitive data, thereby safeguarding the interests of the disclosing party.
