Common use of CMT Rate Clause in Contracts

CMT Rate. Unless otherwise specified above, if this is a CMT rate Note or a floating rate Note for which the CMT rate is an applicable base rate, “CMT rate” means, for any interest determination date (a “CMT rate interest determination date”) the following: - If “Reuters Page FRBCMT” is the designated CMT Reuters page, as defined below, in the applicable pricing supplement, the CMT rate on the CMT rate interest determination date will be the treasury constant maturity rate for the designated CMT maturity index, as defined below, as set forth in H.15(519), as such rate is displayed on Reuters on page FRBCMT (or any other page as may replace such page on such service) for that CMT rate interest determination date.
