CMMS Clause Samples
The CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) clause defines the requirements and responsibilities related to the use of a digital platform for managing maintenance activities. Typically, this clause specifies which party is responsible for providing, maintaining, and updating the CMMS, as well as outlining how data entry, access, and reporting should be handled.
