CMMS a. The State has elected to use a Contractor-provided technology solution in conjunction with State managed systems including Edison and Archibus. Accordingly, during the Term the Contractor must work with the State to transfer any collected data stored by the Contractor and requested by the State, to the State in a format in accordance with Contract Attachment M and on a schedule acceptable to State.

CMMS. Computerized Maintenance Management System. A software system that provides maintenance managers a detailed look into the maintenance of a facility and keeps track of work costs and orders, machine history, labor records and critical equipment and can generate preventive maintenance work orders.
CMMS. The term “CMMS” shall mean Computerized Maintenance Management System, which is the centralized software system described in Attachment A, Scope of Work, of the Contract.
CMMS. Real-Time Monitoring of Works Throughout the Works Phase, CONTRACTOR will implement its Computerized Maintenance Management System ("CMMS"), to monitor the progress of the Works. The CONTRACTOR will use CMMS to measure the timeline of the upgrades and monitor its crews on a real-time basis. All Infrastructure and Artistic Lighting installations and repairs made to the System, including poles and fixture types, drivers, LED kit, etc., will be updated in CMMS to reflect new field conditions. Built-in work order schedules will be entered into CMMS to ensure that the proper equipment and materials are on the trucks before they leave the facility. CLIENT shall have a real-time access to CMMS to monitor the status of the streetlight asset upgrade.
CMMS. CMMS shall be platform used to verify compliance with Operation and Maintenance commitments for the penalties hereunder (except for the KPI for lighting performance which will be reconciled in a separate report).

  • Information Technology Enterprise Architecture Requirements If this Contract involves information technology-related products or services, the Contractor agrees that all such products or services are compatible with any of the technology standards found at xxxxx://xxx.xx.xxx/iot/2394.htm that are applicable, including the assistive technology standard. The State may terminate this Contract for default if the terms of this paragraph are breached.

  • Interoperability To the extent required by applicable law, Cisco shall provide You with the interface information needed to achieve interoperability between the Software and another independently created program. Cisco will provide this interface information at Your written request after you pay Cisco’s licensing fees (if any). You will keep this information in strict confidence and strictly follow any applicable terms and conditions upon which Cisco makes such information available.

  • Evaluation Software If the Software is an evaluation version or is provided to You for evaluation purposes, then, unless otherwise approved in writing by an authorized representative of Licensor, Your license to use the Software is limited solely for internal evaluation purposes in non-production use and in accordance with the terms of the evaluation offering under which You received the Software, and expires 90 days from installation (or such other period as may be indicated within the Software). Upon expiration of the evaluation period, You must discontinue use of the Software, return to an original state any actions performed by the Software, and delete the Software entirely from Your system and You may not download the Software again unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of Licensor. The Software may contain an automatic disabling mechanism that prevents its use after a certain period of time. RESTRICTIONS

  • Year 2000 Compatibility Borrower shall take all action necessary to assure that Borrower's computer based systems are able to operate and effectively process data including dates on and after January 1, 2000. At the request of Bank, Borrower shall provide Bank assurance acceptable to Bank of Borrower's Year 2000 compatibility.

  • Supplier Diversity Seller shall comply with Xxxxx’s Supplier Diversity Program in accordance with Appendix V.

  • CONTRACT SCOPE Pursuant to this Master Contract, Contractor is authorized to sell and provide only those Goods and/or Services set forth in Exhibit A – Included Goods/Services for the prices set forth in Exhibit B – Prices. Contractor shall not represent to any Purchaser under this Master Contract that Contractor has contractual authority to sell or provide any Goods and/or Services beyond those set forth in Exhibit A – Included Goods/Services.

  • Compatibility 1. Any unresolved issue arising from a mutual agreement procedure case otherwise within the scope of the arbitration process provided for in this Article and Articles 25A to 25G shall not be submitted to arbitration if the issue falls within the scope of a case with respect to which an arbitration panel or similar body has previously been set up in accordance with a bilateral or multilateral convention that provides for mandatory binding arbitration of unresolved issues arising from a mutual agreement procedure case.

  • Start-Up and Synchronization Consistent with the mutually acceptable procedures of the Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner, the Developer is responsible for the proper synchronization of the Large Generating Facility to the New York State Transmission System in accordance with NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner procedures and requirements.

  • Synchronization The Licensor hereby grants limited synchronization rights for One (1) music video streamed online (Youtube, Vimeo, etc..) for up to 500,000 non-monetized video streams on all total sites. A separate synchronisation license will need to be purchased for distribution of video to Television, Film or Video game.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I.
