Common use of CMC Information Clause in Contracts

CMC Information. (a) Each Party shall submit to each other Party all CMC information related to the Product as soon as such CMC data becomes available. (b) CORONADO and its designees shall have the right to access, and the right of reference or use, and each other Party hereto consents to such reference and/or use of, any such CMC data owned or Controlled by such other Party, in connection with any Regulatory Filing in the CORONADO Territory, to the extent necessary or useful to exercise CORONADO’s rights, obligations and responsibilities, including under this Agreement and the OVAMED CORONADO Agreements. (c) ▇▇▇▇ and its designees shall have the right to access, and the right of reference or use, and each other Party hereto consents to such reference and/or use of, any such CMC data owned or Controlled by such other Party, in connection with any Regulatory Filing in the ▇▇▇▇ Territory, to the extent necessary or useful to exercise ▇▇▇▇’▇ rights, obligations and responsibilities, including under this Agreement and the OVAMED ▇▇▇▇ License.
