Common use of Cloud Providers Clause in Contracts

Cloud Providers. Provider hereby agrees and consents that in providing the Service, Adtran may enter into an arrangement with and utilize the services of third-party cloud services provider(s) (“Cloud Providers”). Adtran shall require that any such Cloud Provider be contractually bound to provide substantially the same level of protection with respect to Provider’s Personal Data as provided by Sections 8 and 9. If applicable, Adtran will make the Cloud Provider service levels, acceptable use policies and information security policies available to Provider.
