Common use of Cloud Environment Clause in Contracts

Cloud Environment. You may upload the On-Premise Product(s) licensed to you pursuant to this ▇▇▇▇ onto a cloud instance supplied by a third party, provided that the operation of the On-Premise Product(s) in the cloud instance complies with all license model restrictions and usage limitations applicable to the On-Premise Product(s). You may also allow the third party to upload, install, operate and/or use the On-Premise Products on the cloud instance, provided that the third party’s access to and use of the On-Premise Products is solely for your benefit in accordance with the terms of this ▇▇▇▇. The third party will be considered a Permitted Third Party, and you will be responsible for the Permitted Third Party’s compliance with this ▇▇▇▇ in accordance with section 1.2.3 (Third Party Use).
