Cloud Based Software as a service. Where Demtech shall provide solely cloud based software services to Customer those services shall be set up by Demtech for Customer based on the feature and functionality offered and agreed in the Order Form and as further set out in detail in the product user guide. During initial on-boarding process Customer generated data is configured and hosted on the cloud based Software platform. Customer is given either on-line or in person training on a similar ‘train the trainer’ basis and followed by full UAT. Once UAT sign off has occurred the system will be made available for live elections throughout the period stated in the Order Form as agreed with Customer.
